Ready to get started? Here's how you can become a member of our club.

Proposal Submission

  1. Get Started: Contact our Membership Chair to obtain and fill out the Proposal/Information Form.

  2. Submit Your Proposal: Once completed, submit the form to the Membership Chair. They're here to help guide you through the process!

Review & Board Approval

  1. Eligibility Check: Our New Member Process Committee Chair will review your proposal to ensure everything is in order.

  2. Board Review: Within 10 days, our Board of Directors will review and approve your membership. We're excited to welcome you aboard!

Mentorship & Membership Briefing

  1. Welcome Mentor: You'll be paired with a mentor who will assist you as you settle in.

  2. Information Session: Expect a Membership Information Briefing within 14 days of approval, where you'll learn more about our club.

Application & Payment

  1. Join Us: Submit your Membership Application along with dues to formalize your membership.

  2. Confirmation: The Membership Chair will verify any previous Rotary memberships you've held, if applicable.

Final Approval & Announcement

  1. Welcome Announcement: Look out for your membership notice in our club’s newsletter!

  2. Official Approval: Pending any objections within 7 days, you'll officially become a member. We're thrilled to have you join us!

Induction & Engagement

  1. Join the Club: Our New Member Process Committee will schedule your Induction Ceremony.

  2. Your Membership Packet: You'll receive your Membership Packet and Badge, along with ongoing support from your Mentor and our Membership Committee to ensure you feel at home with us.
