OPERATING HOURS: The Alamo Heights Rotary Club (AHRC) does not have any specific operating hours nor office. Except for a part-time secretary, all members of the organization are volunteers. Information about the organization are found here and on our website, including contact information and activity dates, if scheduled.

WEEKLY LUNCH MEETING LOCATION: The Alamo Heights Rotary Club meets at lunchtime at The Petroleum Club every Tuesday at 12 pm (Noon). The Petroleum Club is on the 7th Floor of the North building in Energy Plaza at 8620 N. New Braunfels, San Antonio, TX 78217. 210-824-9014. CLICK HERE for map to our lunch location. PROPER ATTIRE: If joining us at lunch at the Petroleum Club, please note that they do not allow shorts to be worn in their facility.

NON-PROFIT INFORMATION: The Alamo Heights Rotary Club is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. The club raises funds to conduct a variety of community service  projects, donations to charities, and scholarship programs.  Our annual Alamo Heights Night is operated by a 501(c)(3) charity for the Alamo Heights Rotary Club (AHRC). The proceeds from the event are used by the AHRC to support charitable organizations, community service, and scholarships. The AHRC has raised over $2.4 million for these purposes at this event so far. A number of non-profit organizations also operate booths at the event to raise funds for their activities. THE PRIMARY MOTTO OF ROTARY IS SERVICE ABOVE SELF

SERVICE PROJECTS: The AHRC conducts many community service projects all through the year as well as one time projects. Our largest annual event, Alamo Heights Night 2023, will be open from 5:30 – 11:30 pm on April 21, 2023, at the University of the Incarnate Word. See www.alamoheightsnight.org for details.

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers are needed for many of our service projects. Requests for volunteers are normally published in posts on our Facebook page. Volunteers are also essential to the success of our largest annual event Alamo Heights Night.  If you are interested in volunteering for Alamo Heights Night, there are several opportunities to choose from, including food/drink tickets sales, water/soda sales, beer, wine, margarita sales, and other opportunities. Volunteers obtain FREE entry to the event. CLICK HERE to be connected to information on signing up as a VOLUNTEER. At the event, volunteers will check in at the Volunteer Check-in Booth #1 and will process through a special screening section and gate to enter at the Main Entrance Area.
